2. Orders & Pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. Prices are in GBP and include VAT. Prices may change without notice, but orders already placed will not be affected.
3. Bespoke Products
All room dividers are made to order based on your exact specifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled. Please ensure measurements are accurate before ordering.
4. Payment
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards. Payment must be received in full before production begins.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates (7–14 working days for production, plus 2–3 days for delivery). We are not liable for delays beyond our control. See our Delivery Information page for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Bespoke products cannot be returned for change of mind once production has started. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded. See our Returns & Refunds policy.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability is limited to the value of your order. This does not affect your statutory rights.
8. Installation
Our products are designed for self-installation. We offer optional professional fitting services. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect installation.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and images on this website are owned by TimberCraft Ltd and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
