Delivery Timeline
All our room dividers are made to order in our UK workshop. Your order will typically be:
- Manufactured: 7–14 working days from order confirmation
- Delivered: 2–3 working days after dispatch
- Total time: 10–17 working days from order to your door
We'll email you when your order is dispatched with a tracking number and estimated delivery date.

Standard UK Mainland Delivery:
- Orders under £500: £49.99
- Orders £500 and over: Free delivery

Delivery Areas
We deliver to all UK mainland addresses. This includes:
- England (all areas)
- Wales (all areas)
- Scotland (mainland only — see below for islands)
Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland: Delivery is available but may incur additional charges. Please email us at [email protected] with your postcode for a custom quote.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
Your room divider will be carefully packaged and delivered by a specialist courier. Here's what happens:
- Notification: You'll receive a text/email on the morning of delivery with a 2-hour time slot
- Delivery location: Standard delivery is to your front door. The courier cannot install or assemble the product
- Someone must be home: A signature is required upon delivery
- Packaging: Items are securely wrapped in protective packaging. Please check for damage before signing
Damaged or Missing Items
We take great care to package your order securely, but if something arrives damaged:
- Take photos: Photograph the packaging and damaged item immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours: Email [email protected] with photos and your order number
- We'll arrange a replacement: Damaged items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you
Do not discard the packaging until you've inspected the product — we may need to inspect it for courier claims.
Can I Change My Delivery Address?
Yes, but only before your order has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed.
To change your address, email us at [email protected] with your order number and new address as soon as possible.
